Children will learn basic on floor, vault, bars, & beam.  This is a co-ed class for children ages 5-9

Conditioning & strength games

Students will play many PE games that build flexibiltiy, muscle, and balance.  The class starts and ends with an evaluation allowing students to monitor their growth and progress.  Class is best for children 7-14 years old
