Summer themed art

We will hold on to summer for as long as we can with art projects involving 

bubbles, sand, fireworks, and icecream.  It doesn't get more summer than this.

Children will learn about famous works of art 

and artist by creating simple projects.

Older students will create their own works of art using the techniques they

learn from studying great  artist's works

 

Process art

Each day will be a new project.  Students will learn 

that mistakes are okay and  art is about the process of creating

we will explore and create with friends.  Projects include murals, partner drawing, chalk art, weaving, and mandolins.
